Welcome to Visions Personal Fitness Bootcamp. 

What is Fitness Bootcamp?

Fitness Bootcamp is designed to give you the best workout of your life while helping you reach your goals, meet people, enjoy the outdoors and have fun!   Each Fitness Bootcamp session will challenge you to maximize results whether your goals are for weight change, strength, athletic conditioning or flexibility.

How Fit Do You Have to Be to Participate?

Every camper will be accepted as long as proper medical history is shared with the instructor.  All exercises can be modified to encompass a broad range of fitness levels, ages and abilities.

Are Bootcamp Sessions Coed?

As this is the first year of implementing Visions Fitness Bootcamps, our initial sessions are coed, but we will be expanding to include "women only" , "men only" and "stroller bootcamp" very soon.

Where are Fitness Bootcamp Sessions Held?

For summer of 2009, Fitness Bootcamp will be held at South Abington Park, Clarks Summit, PA
In the event of rain , and in fall and winter Fitness Bootcamp will be help at Birchwood Tennis and Fitness Center.

When are Visions Fitness Bootcamps?

Camps will be held at 6:15 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays
More times and days upon request.

Session I:   June 9th - July 3rd
Session II:  July 7th - July 30th
Session III: August 4th - August 28th

What does Bootcamp cost?

Bootcamp costs are per 4 week session.  Join for $80.00 per 4 week session (that's 8 classes) including nutritional and motivational coaching.  Individual sessions are $12.00 each.
